Nine standing committees drive everything LADS does.

Encourages dental students to engage in medical and scientific research with local professionals and international initiatives. Organizes conferences, lectures, and workshops. Works with the IADS SCORE program.

Secures sponsorships and financial support, communicates with companies and partners, and prepares sponsorship agreements ensuring the Association's financial sustainability.

Organizes the annual exchange period and international exchange opportunities for members, led by the National Exchange Officer in coordination with the IADS Exchange Board.

Runs training sessions during General Assemblies and beyond, offering members professional and soft-skill development in accordance with the IADS Training Committee.

Raises awareness about common diseases and destructive habits among students and local communities. Promotes healthy habits through campaigns, screening, and treatment initiatives.

Provides opportunities to contribute to oral health care in underprivileged regions, evaluates volunteering opportunities, and serves as Local Organizing Committee for IADS International Voluntary Projects.

Organizes trips, gatherings, sports days, and clubs for theater, music, photography, and more, helping students enjoy life beyond their studies.

Produces the visual content representing LADS: the LADS Gazette, posters, promotional graphics, and the Association's visual identity, in accordance with the IADS Editorial Board.

Manages all LADS social platforms, produces engaging content, runs digital campaigns, and builds our online community while promoting dental health awareness.
